Crown and Bridge

Bridges

A bridge may be used to replace missing teeth, and alleviate stress on your bite.

A bridge replaces missing teeth with an artificial tooth or teeth- it is essentially several crowns attached together. This is not removable. It allows you to eat normally, it feels natural, and gives you back your smile and chewing abilities. The success of any bridge depends on its foundation — the adjacent teeth, gums, and bone to which it is attached.

Crowns

Crowns are a restorative procedure used to strengthen a tooth, and can be used to improve esthetics like shape and color. Crowns are most often used for teeth that are broken, worn, or have portions destroyed by tooth decay.

A crown is a “cap” cemented onto an existing tooth that usually covers the portion of your tooth above the gum line. In effect, the crown becomes your tooth’s new outer surface. Crowns can be made of porcelain, metal, or both. Porcelain crowns are most often preferred because they mimic the translucency of natural teeth and are very strong.

Crowns or onlays (partial crowns) are needed when there is insufficient tooth strength remaining to hold a filling. Unlike fillings, which apply the restorative material directly into your mouth, a crown is fabricated away from your mouth in a laboratory or chairside with our in office CEREC. This allows you to have it all done in one easy appointment, saving you time. Ask us if same day crowns are right for you!

Laser Periodontics

No-Scalpel, No-Shot Dentistry

Caused by bacteria, gum disease may first appear as receding, inflamed, or bleeding gums. It can become incurable in its advanced stage and has even been connected to systemic health issues such as heart disease and stroke. Treat the mouth to heal the whole person. For periodontics, we achieve this through minimally invasive laser technology. Using a unique combination ultrasonic therapy and laser energy, our system enables us to treat your gum health without noisy drills, or painful scalpels. If you’re seeking pain-free, anxiety-free periodontics in Denver, CO, you’ll find it here.

Oral Surgery

Severe Tooth Pain? Sunken Smile?

If you have a problematic tooth, we always attempt to save it. However, if we finds treatment isn’t feasible, we’ll recommend extraction. Wisdom teeth usually need to be removed if they’re creating complications. You may have also suffered jawbone loss that’s affecting your dental function and giving your face an unhealthy, sunken appearance. Led by Dr. Chris Freimuth and Dr. Evie Anderson, our team has both the extensive training and the advanced technology to make you happy and whole again. Whatever you need to get your smile back into shape, look to our team for effective oral surgery in Denver, CO.

We also offer Tori removal, tooth extractions and implant dentistry.

Sedation Dentistry

Pain-Free, Fear-Free Treatment

Do you experience high levels of anxiety when visiting the dentist? You may be a candidate for sedation dentistry. We are able to administer (oral conscious) sedation, commonly referred to as “sleep dentistry,” as well as nitrous oxide or “laughing gas,” or full general anesthesia.

 TMJ Treatment

End Jaw Pain And Headaches

TMJ (temporomandibular joint) disorders are a family of problems related to your jaw joint. If you have had symptoms like pain or a “clicking” sound, you’ll be glad to know that these problems are more easily diagnosed and treated than they were in the past. These symptoms occur when the joints of the jaw and the chewing muscles do not work together correctly. TMJ stands for temporomandibular joint, which is the name for each joint (right and left) that connects your jaw to your skull. Since some types of TMJ problems can lead to more serious conditions, early detection and treatment are important.
